He holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), in Lisbon, in the field of structures and construction, and a Master's Degree in Project Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has 15 years of experience in the design of Bridges and Similar Structures, Special Civil Engineering Works and Containment Structures. Highlight goes to his work as Project Coordinator for the Road Infrastructures of Douro Interior and Pinhal Interior and the New Railway Connection between Évora and Elvas/Caia, where he coordinated the construction of Bridges and Similar Structures and Special Civil Engineering Works. He is a member of the Portuguese Association of Engineers with the title of Expert in Structures.
