Housing at São Bento

A building organized in the traditional 'left/right' system, with six above-ground floors (ground floor + 4 floors + penthouse), all of these intended for housing. The two floors below the reference level are reserved for lounge and reception/recreation space, with exclusive use of the duplex unit. The spatial and functional distribution of each apartment, regardless of its typology, is based on the clear separation between the social areas and private areas, which are distributed from an entrance hall. The so-called social area consists of the living room, social sanitary installation and kitchen. The suites, bedrooms and other sanitary facilities are part of the most private areas of the apartment.

The building is part of a complex with the neighbouring building and it aspires to add to the architectural value not only of the complex but also of the Street nearby, improving it and contributing to its care and aesthetic harmony.
The Architectural design contemplated the development of the Preliminary Study, Licensing Project, Architectural Execution Project and Technical Assistance to the work site.
