Inês Guerra has a degree and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and has 33 years of experience in Environmental Consultancy, namely in Project Management and Coordination of Environmental Studies for infrastructure, energy, hydraulic, road, railway and high-voltage power line projects, among others. Coordination of environmental and social studies, Due Diligences, environmental management and resettlement plans, environmental licensing processes, public participation processes, stakeholder management, promotion of training and organisation of workshops. Environmental monitoring of projects and planning involving multidisciplinary teams, with experience in both national requirements and international standards (Portugal, Maghreb, Southern and Central Africa), whether in feasibility studies and consequent technical, financial and environmental/social assessment (including the use/definition of multi-criteria analysis tools), preliminary studies and execution projects and environmental supervision of works. She joined the Quadrante Group in 2024 as a Client Manager in the Environment Business Unit.
